Concept 2011 for the fight against the Asian Tiger Mosquito (Aedes Albopictus) in Switzerland and the diseases it transmits
The Asian tiger mosquito is also occurring in Switzerland. The concept and action plan elaborated by the Federal Office for the Environment FOEN, along with the Federal Office of Public Health FOPH and experts from canton Ticino are aiming in a support of the cantons - both the affected and the potentially affected – in combating the Asian tiger mosquito.
